| 目的〓
对DYS542基因座的基因多态性和法医学应用进行研究。
〓方法〓
随机抽取102例山西汉族男性无关个体静脉血,进行聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增,银染显色。对其筛选的等位基因测序,构建等位基因分型标准物;按照国际法医遗传学会DNA委员会(ISFG)原则命名各等位基因。
〓结果〓
山西地区汉族男性DYS542基因座观察到14，15，16，17，18共5个等位基因，基因频率分别为0.106 8，0.407 8，0.349 5，0.126 2，0.009 7。该基因座核心重复单位是ATAG。
〓结论〓
Y染色体基因座DYS542具有较高的遗传多态性,在法医学及人类遗传学方面具有较高应用价值。 |

| Objective〓
To investigate the gene polymorphism of locus DYS542 and its utilization.
〓Methods〓
The venous blood samples were randomly collected from 102 unrelated males in Shanxi province.Each allele of Y STR loci was sequenced and the allele ladders were constructed. Alleles of Y STR locus were nominated according to recommendations of the International Society of Forensic Genetics.
〓Results〓
Five alleles named 14,15,16,17,18 were observed with frequency of 0.106 8,0.407 8,0.349 5,0.126 2,0.009 7.The number of simple repeat nucleotide was four and the sequence was ATAG.
〓Conclusion〓
DYS542 has a high level of genetic polymorphism and can be used in forensic science and human genetics research. |
