| 目的〓
应用灰阶超声造影定量研究脂肪肝的超声造影增强情况。
〓方法〓
脂肪肝及正常肝各12例，应用低机械指数灰阶超声造影和时间-强度曲线定量分析脂肪肝与正常肝的造影增强效应。
〓结果〓
脂肪肝的前、中场与相同部位的正常肝比较超声造影峰值强度降低。
〓结论〓
脂肪肝超声造影增强效应低于正常肝，可能影响中后场病灶的观察。如显示中后场病灶可采用提高机械指数及局部放大等提高显示。

| Objective〓
To investigate the hemodynamic changes of fatty liver with gray scale contrast enhanced ultrasound.
〓Methods〓
Parameters of gray scale contrast enhanced ultrasound in fatty liver of 12 patients and normal liver of 12 subjects without documented liver diseases were compared and quantitatively analyzed.
〓Results〓
Compared with normal liver parenchyma，the peak signal intensity in the anterior and middle field of fatty liver were lower with contrast enhanced ultrasound.
〓Conclusion〓
Enhancement in fatty liver is lower than that in normal liver with contrast enhanced ultrasound，which may affect the observation of focal liver lesion(FLL)in middle and posterior field.〖JP2〗To use mechanical index and zoom function can improve the imaging of FLL in middle and posterior field of fatty liver. |
