| 目的〓
观察应力性骨折的病理组织学形态特点，探讨其诊断标准及临床防治措施。
〓方法〓
对17例患者的病理切片采用常规HE染色，并结合临床表现进行病理分析。
〓结果〓
临床17例病例均为18-21岁的年轻战士，有2周以上的训练史。病理组织学上表现为三种形态:骨母细胞增生型、纤维组织增生型、成骨为主型。
〓结论〓
应力性骨折组织结构复杂、形态多样，易误诊骨肉瘤，病理医生掌握两者病理组织学形态特征，并结合临床病史和X线、CT等检查可做出正确诊断。超强度训练可使肌肉强烈收缩致使骨折发生，其原因与战士训练操作不当有关，提示训练前做适应性活动，可能会减少本病的发生。 |

| Objective〓
To explore the short term effectiveness of arthroscopic discoid meniscus plasty
in adolescents.
〓Methods〓
Arthroscopic meniscus plasty were performed in 26 adolescent patients with the d
iscoid cartilage of knee joint from January 2007 to June 2008.The surgical effec
tiveness was evaluated with Ikeuchi knee function scales.
〓Results〓
All patients were followed up for 3-18 months.The surgical effectiveness was
exc
ellent in 16 cases,good in 8 cases,fair in 1 case,and poor in 1 case.The rate of
excellent and good result was 92.3%.
〓Conclusion〓
In adolescents arthroscopic discoid meniscus plasty can achieve a good short te
rm effect,and is a preferred method for discoid meniscus injury. |
