      目的〓 探讨环氧合酶-2(COX 2)与食管鳞癌新生血管形成的关系。 〓方法〓 应用免疫组化方法检测33例食管鳞癌组织和癌旁组织的COX 2、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)的表达水平,分析三者间的相互关系,结合临床病理特征进行分析。 〓结果〓 COX 2与食管鳞癌浸润深度以及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);食管鳞癌组织COX 2阳性组、VEGF阳性组比各自的阴性组MVD水平高(P<0.01),鳞癌组织的COX 2、VEGF表达阳性率以及MVD水平比癌旁组织明显增高(P<0.05)。 〓结论〓 食管鳞癌肿瘤新生血管形成可能与COX 2、VEGF过度表达有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective〓 To investigate the relationship between cyclooxygenase 2(COX 2)expression and neovascularization in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. 〓Methods〓 The expression of COX 2,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and microvessel density(MVD)were determined by immunohistochemical method in 33 specimens of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 33 adjacent tissues,and their relationship was investigated.Their relationship with clinicopathological features was analyzed also. 〓Results〓 In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,COX 2 overexprssion was significantly related with depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The mean levels of MVD in COX 2 positive expression tissues and VEGF positive expression tissues were significantly higher than that in negative tissues,respectively(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of COX 2,VEGF and mean levels of MVD in esophageal carcinoma were significantly higher than that in adjacent carcinoma tissues,respectively(P<0.05). 〓Conclusion〓 The neovascularization in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma may be related to overexpression of COX 2 and VEGF.
