| 目的〓
探讨抑癌基因PTEN、p27在骨肉瘤发生发展过程中的作用及临床意义。
〓方法〓
收集资料完整的35例骨肉瘤患者和15例骨纤维结构不良患者的病理标本和临床资料，运用免疫组化方法（SP法）检测PTEN、p27在以上病理标本中的表达情况。
〓结果〓
PTEN在骨肉瘤组织中的阳性表达率低于骨纤维结构不良中的表达率（P<0.05），其表达水平与组织分化程度及患者临床分期有关（均P<0.01）；p27在骨肉瘤组织中的阳性表达率低于骨纤维结构不良中的表达率（P<0.01），其表达水平与组织分化程度、患者临床分期、组织病理分级以及肺转移有关（均P<0.05）；在骨肉瘤组织中PTEN、p27的表达无相关性（r=0.097，P=0.581）。
〓结论〓
PTEN和p27与骨肉瘤的发生发展密切相关，临床上检测PTEN和p27的表达对于骨肉瘤的早期诊断具有重要意义。 |

| Objective〓
To explore the role of tumor suppressor genes PTEN,p27 in the occurence and development of osteosarcoma.
〓Methods〓
Pathological specimens and clinical data of 35 patients with osteosarcoma,15 patients with fibrous dysplasia,who had complete information,were collected.SP immunohistochemistry method was used to detect expression of PTEN,p27 in pathological speci mens.
〓Results〓
The positive rates of PTEN and p27 in osteosarcoma tissues were significantly lower than that in fibrous dysplasia tissues（P<0.05 or P<0.01）.The expression of PTEN in high differentiated osteosarcoma tissues was higher than that in low differentiated tissues（P<0.01）.The expression of PTEN was related to clinical stages（P<0.01）.Expression of p27 was related to tissue differentiation,clinical stage,Price’s grading and lung metastases（P<0.05）.In osteosarcoma tissues,no correlation was found between the expression of PTEN and p27（r=0.097，P=0.581）.
〓Conclusion〓
Expression of PTEN and p27 is closely related to the occurrence of osteosarcoma.The combined detection of PTEN and p27 may be helpful to early diagnose osteosarcoma.
