| 目的〓
探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP 2)及其组织抑制物-2(TIMP 2)与输卵管妊娠的关系。〓方法〓
选择输卵管妊娠组25例、正常输卵管组27例及正常宫内早孕组28例，采用免疫组织化学染色技术及半定量病理图像分析系统检测输卵管妊娠黏膜组织、正常输卵管黏膜组织及正常宫内早孕组子宫蜕膜组织中MMP 2及TIMP 2的表达。
〓结果〓
MMP 2和TIMP 2阳性表达均在正常宫内早孕组最高，在输卵管妊娠组中较高，在正常输卵管组中最低，三组两两比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
〓结论〓
MMP 2/TIMP 2参与了输卵管妊娠过程，且与输卵管妊娠缺乏蜕膜化反应有关。 |

| Objective〓
To explore the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2(TIMP 2)and tubal ectopic pregnancy.
〓Methods〓
Expression of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in oviductal mucosa in tubal ectopic pregnancy group（n=25），and normal oviduct group（n=27），and in decidual tissues in early pregnancy group（n=28），and the data were analyzed by semi quantity pathologic image analysis.
〓Results〓
The positive expression of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 in tubal ectopic pregnancy group was significantly stronger than that in normal oviduct group（P<0.05）,but was significantly weaker than that in early pregnancy group（P<0.05）.
〓Conclusion〓
MMP 2/TIMP 2 may be involved in the tubal ectopic pregnancy，and be correlated with lack of decidualization of tubal ectopic pregnancy. |
