目的〓探讨CA125、OPN和YKL 40在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及相关性。〓方法〓采用免疫组化的方法检测13例正常卵巢组织、20例卵巢良性肿瘤组织、20例卵巢交界性肿瘤组织、40例卵巢癌组织标本中CA125、OPN和YKL 40的表达情况，分析三者表达与临床分期、病理分级及患者生存率之间的关系。〓结果〓 CA125、OPN和YKL 40在卵巢癌组织中的表达显著高于卵巢交界性及良性肿瘤组织，各组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA125、OPN和YKL 40在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中的阳性率均高于黏液性囊腺癌(均P<0.05)。三者在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率随细胞分化程度的降低而显著升高，Ⅲ-Ⅳ期卵巢癌中三指标的阳性表达率均显著高于卵巢癌Ⅰ-Ⅱ期，且CA125、OPN和YKL 40表达阳性者均伴有较高的淋巴转移率，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。〓结论〓 CA125、OPN和YKL 40在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中高表达，三者较高的表达率和卵巢肿瘤较晚的临床分期、较高的病理分级和淋巴转移率及患者的不良预后密切相关。

Objective〓 To investigate the expression of CA125,osteopontin(OPN)and YKL 40 in ovarian epithelial turmors,and to provide a new pathological evidence for evaluating clinical treatment and prognosis. 〓Methods〓 Expression of CA125,OPN and YKL 40 was detected by immunohistochemistry method in 13 cases of normal ovarian tissues,20 cases of benign tumors,20 cases of borderline tumors and 40 cases of ovarian cancers.Their relationship with clinical stage,pathological grading, survival rate was analyzed. 〓Results〓 The expression of CA125,OPN and YKL 40 was higher in ovarian cancer than in ovarian borderline tumor and benign tumor.The expression of CA125, OPN, YKL 40 was higher in serous cystadenocarcinoma than in mucinous cystadenocarcinoma(93.33% vs 50%,83.33% vs 40%,66.67% vs 30%,P<0.05).The expression of CA125,OPN and YKL 40 was significantly lower in stage Ⅰ Ⅱ of ovarian cancer than that in stage Ⅲ Ⅳ(P<0.05).The patients with positive expression of CA125,OPN,YKL 40 had a higher lymph node metastases rate. 〓Conclusion〓 CA125,OPN and YKL 40 are highly expressed in ovarian cancer.Their expression is closely related to the stage and grading of these malignant tumors.
