| 目的〓
研究单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP 1)在早期急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）模型中的表达。
〓方法〓
以3%牛磺胆酸钠逆行胆胰管注射制作大鼠SAP模型，检测血清淀粉酶，于镜下观察组织的病理学变化；采用免疫组织化学方法对雄性SD大鼠SAP模型组（术后4 h及12 h）及正常对照组小肠（空肠）、肝脏组织标本中MCP 1的表达进行检测。
〓结果〓
MCP 1主要表达于胞质，SAP模型组小肠（空肠）、肝脏组织中的MCP 1表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。
〓结论〓
MCP 1的高度表达在SAP发生发展中具有重要作用，表明其对多脏器功能不全综合征（MODS）具有重要影响作用。 |

| Objective〓
To explore the potential role of monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP 1)in early severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).
〓Methods〓
SAP rat models were induced by retrograde injection of 3% sodium taurocholate into the bilipancreatic duct.The activity of serum amylase was measured and the histopathological changes were observed under electron microscope.Immunohistochemistry method was used for detecting MCP 1 expression in SAP rats after operation for 4 h and 12 h and normal controls.
〓Results〓
MCP 1 was mainly expressed in endochylema.The expression of MCP 1 in tissues of intestine(jejunum),liver were significantly higher than that in normal controls.
〓Conclusion〓
MCP 1 might play an important role in the pathogenesis of early SAP，indicating that it has an important influence on the formation of multiorgan dysfunction syndrome(MODS). |
