目的〓
建立药用植物日本毛连菜中多糖的含量测定方法。
〓方法〓
采用水提醇沉法从日本毛连菜中提取得到毛连菜粗多糖,脱色,用苯酚-硫酸法测定日本毛连菜中多糖含量。
〓结果〓
在3.03-15.10 μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,本法平均回收率为(97.55±2.26)%,RSD为2.3%。测定日本毛连菜提取物中总多糖含量以葡萄糖计平均为(5.〗80±0.06)%。
〓〖HTK〗结论〓〖HTSS〗
该方法简便、准确、可靠,可以用于日本毛连菜中多糖的含量测定。 |

Objective〓
To establish a method for determining the content of polysaccharide in Picris japoncia Thunb.
〓Methods〓
Polysaccharide was extracted with water,purified with alcohol precipitation and decolored with H2O2.Then the content of polysaccharide was determined by phenols sulfuric acid method.
〓Results〓
The linear range for polysaccharide was 3.03-15.10 μg/ml.The average recovery was(97.55±2.26)%.RSD was 2.3%(n=6).The content of polysaccharide in Picris japoncia Thunb was(5.80±0.06)%(glucose).
〓Conclusion〓
The proposed method is convenient,economic, accurate and reproducible,and can be used to determine the polysaccharide in Picris japoncia Thunb. |
