| 目的〓
探讨服用米非司酮后早孕妇女血清层粘连蛋白（LN）和Ⅳ型胶原纤维（Ⅳ·C）水平变化及其意义。
〓方法〓
采用放射免疫分析法对20例早孕妇女口服米非司酮前后血清中LN和Ⅳ·C进行检测。
〓结果〓
20例早孕妇女口服米非司酮后血清中LN的含量[（78.78±27.00）ng/ml]高于服药前[（70.04±21.79）ng/ml，P<0.05]；服药后血清中Ⅳ·C的含量[（35.20±12.58）ng/ml]，与服药前[（36.03±12.30）ng/ml]比较，差异无统计学意义（P=0.578）。
〓结论〓
口服米非司酮可使早孕妇女血清中LN的含量升高，而对Ⅳ·C的含量无影响。LN可能参与米非司酮引起的流产机制，并在早期妊娠的持续中起重要的作用。 |

| Objective〓
To explore the effect of mifepristone on the serum levels of laminin(LN),collagen Ⅳ and its significance.
〓Methods〓
Twenty early pregnant women were enrolled for the study.The serum levels of LN and collagen Ⅳ were determined before and after treated with mifepristone.
〓Results〓
After treatment,the mean value of LN in serum was（78.78±27.00）ng/ml，significantly higher than that before treatment[(70.04±21.79）ng/ml,P＜0.05].The mean value of collagen Ⅳ in serum of early pregnant women was lower after treatment than that before treatment[（35.20±12.58）ng/ml vs （36.03±12.30）ng/ml],but there was no significant difference.
〓Conclusion〓
Mifepristone can elevate the levels of LN in women with early pregnancy,but have no effect on the levels of collagen Ⅳ in women with early pregnancy.LN may be responsible for the early pregnancy,and may take part in the abortion mechanism of mifepristone. |
