      目的 建立甲基苯丙胺、咖啡因和氯胺酮混合滥用的气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)分析方法。 方法 样品碱化后用乙醚萃取, 萃取物经三氟乙酸酐衍生化 ,GC/MS全扫描定性分析,选择离子扫描定量分析。 结果 甲基苯丙胺、 咖啡因和氯胺酮在气相色谱/质谱联用分析 中彼此分离良好,甲基苯丙胺衍生化后峰面积显著增加,咖啡因和氯胺酮衍生前后峰面积无 显著性差异。 结论 混合样品经三氟乙酸酐衍生化后可提高甲基苯丙胺 的检测灵敏度,而不影响氯胺酮和咖啡因的检测。建立的气相色谱/质谱联用法可用于甲基 苯丙胺、咖啡因和氯胺酮混合滥用的法医学检验。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a GC/MS method for the simultaneous determination of methamphetamine, caffeine and ketamine. Methods The specimens were alkal ized, extracted with diethyl ether and derivatized with trifluoroacetic anhydrid e(TFA). The methamphetamine, caffeine and ketamine in specimens were analyzed wi th full scan and selected ion monitoring modes. Results The methamphetamine, c affeine and ketamine were successfully separated by GC/MS. The peak area of meth amphetamine increased significantly after derivatization, while that of ketamine and caffeine had no significant difference. Conclusion The derivatization of mixed samples with TFA can increase the detection sensitivity of methamphetamine, but don't have influence on detection of ketamine and caffeine. The GC/MS meth od could be applied to the forensic identification for abuse of mixe d drugs with methamphetamine, caffeine and ketamine.
