| 目的 观察清心冲剂Ⅱ号对于抗精神病药物治疗精 神分裂症有无增效作用及其对抗精神病药物引起副反应的影响。 方法 根据中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版CCMD 3选取样本，随机分组，其中将实验1组采用 清心冲剂Ⅱ号合并新型抗精神病药物利培酮、奥氮平治疗（n=98），对照1组采用新型 抗精神病药物利培酮、奥氮平治疗（n=104）；实验2组采用清心冲剂Ⅱ号合并传统抗精神病药物氯丙嗪、氯氮平治疗（n=104），对照2组采用传统抗精神病药物氯丙嗪、氯氮 平治疗（n=98）。观察疗程8周，在治疗前及治疗后2、4、8周采用阳性及阴性症状量表（PANSS）评价疗效。用副作用量表（TESS）评价药物不良反应。 结果 治疗8周末，实验组与对照组总体疗效（有效率、显效率）比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05 ）；实验组与对照组间比较，PANSS总分，阳性症状分，一般症状分差异无显著性（P＞ 0.05），实验组的阴性症状分较对照组明显减低（P＜0.05）；实验组副反应的发 生率 较对照组显著降低（P＜0.05）。 结论 清心冲剂Ⅱ号对于抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症有增效作用，可以改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,进而更有利于患者 的认知功能恢复；清心冲剂Ⅱ号能够减少抗精神药物所致的不良反应的发生率。 |

| Objective To evaluate the add on t herapeutic effect of the self dispense herb formula—Qingxin Chongji Ⅱ combin ed with antipsychotropics in the treatment of schizophrenia and to observe effec t of Qingxin Chongji Ⅱ on side effects of antipsychotics. Methods All the subjects diagnosed as schizophreni a according to the CCMD 3 diagnosis standard were randomized into 4 groups: treatment group 1(Qingxin Chongji Ⅱ combined with risperidone or olanzapine) and control group 1 with risperidone or olanzapine; treatment group 2 (Qingxin C hongji Ⅱ combined with sulpiride or clozapine) and control group 2 with sulpir ide or clozapine. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The Positive and Negative Sy ndrome Scales (PANSS) were used to evaluate therapeutic effects before and after treatment for 2,4,6,8 weeks, and Treatment Emergent Side Effect Scales (TESS) were used to estimate side effects. Results The total efficacy had no significant difference betw een treatment groups and control groups after 8 week treatment (P＞0.05). The total scores, the scores of positive syndrome, general syndrome scores of PANSS between treatment groups and control groups had no significant difference before and after treatment for 8 weeks (＞0.05).The negative syndrome scores of PANSS between treatment groups and control groups were significantly different after 8 week treatment(P<0.05).The negative syndrome scores and the rates of side effects of antipsychotics in treatment groups were significantly lower than in control groups. Conclusion Qingxin Chongji Ⅱ has add on effect for antips ychotics in the treatment of schizophrenia. It could improve negative syndrome o f schizophrenia and reduce side effects of antipsychotics. |
