| 目的〓
探讨在再生障碍性贫血（aplastic anemia,AA）小鼠模型中，T bet蛋白在脾脏的表达水平及意义。
〓方法〓
将40只BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组和AA模型组，每组20只，用免疫组织化学方法检测AA模型组脾脏组织石蜡切片中T bet蛋白表达水平，并对T bet蛋白与骨髓造血功能进行相关性分析。
〓结果〓
①AA模型组小鼠脾脏组织石蜡切片中T bet蛋白表达水平[（4.25±0.50）%]明显高于正常对照组[（0.78±0.15）%，P<0.01]。②AA模型组小鼠脾脏T bet蛋白表达与中性粒细胞绝对值(ANC)及网织红细胞相对值呈负相关（r分别为-0.510和-0.648，均P<0.05），而与血小板数无明显的线性相关关系。
〓结论〓
在AA发病机制中T bet可能起一定作用。 |

| Objective〓
To explore the expression of T bet in spleen of immune mediated aplastic anemia（AA）mice and its significance.
〓Methods〓
Forty BALB/c mice were randomized into 2 groups:normal control group and AA model group.Twenty mice were immune mediated to establish AA mouse models. Expression of T bet protein in spleen of AA bone marrow was measured by immunohistochemistry.
〓Results〓
Expression of T bet protein in spleen was higher in AA mice than in normal controls[(4.25±0.50）% vs （0.78±0.15）%,P<0.01].T bet expression in spleen was negatively correlated with reticulocyte and absolute neutrophil counts.
〓Conclusion〓
The result suggests that T bet maybe participate the hematopoietic failure of AA． |
