      目的〓 振荡培养条件下比较氧化锆陶瓷抛光和上釉后表面粗糙度的差异及变形链球菌在其表面的黏附能力。 〓方法〓 制作陶瓷样本18个。A组氧化锆陶瓷用EVE专用抛光轮高度抛光,B组上釉,C组用240#Al2O3磨头磨平。用表面粗糙度检测仪测量各组样本的表面粗糙度。将各组样本置于变形链球菌悬浮液中,37 ℃振荡培养条件下培养1 h。荧光显微镜下计数黏附变形链球菌的数量,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察各样本的表面形貌。 〓结果〓 A、B、C组氧化锆陶瓷的表面粗糙度分别为(0.054 8±0.027)μm,(0.049 6±0.012)μm,(0.678 0±0.226)μm。变形链球菌在A、B、C 3组样本表面的黏附数分别为4.222 2±1.019,5.266 7±1.313,8.805 5±0.751。经统计学分析,A、B组氧化锆陶瓷组间表面粗糙度及变形链球菌黏附数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组样本与其他各组样本表面粗糙度及变形链球菌黏附数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 〓结论〓 在振荡培养条件下氧化锆陶瓷抛光和上釉表面能达到同样光滑,变形链球菌在其表面的黏附量亦基本相同。粗糙氧化锆陶瓷表面比光滑陶瓷表面更容易黏附变形链球菌。

      Objective〓 To compare the roughness of zirconia ceramic polished or glazed surfaces and the adhesion of oral Streptococcus mutans to them in vitro under the condition of shaking cultivation. 〓Methods〓 Eighteen zirconia ceramic samples were made.Zirconia ceramic samples were polished with EVE paste in group A,glazed in group B and polished with Al2O3(240 #)bur in group C.The roughness values were measured by profilometer.Standardized cell suspensions were incubated with test samples under shaking condition for one hour at 37 ℃.Then the adhered bacteria were photographed and counted by fluorescence microscopy.All surface topography were analyzed with scanning electron micrographs. 〓Results〓 The roughness value in group C was significantly higher than in group A and group B[(0.678 0±0.226)μm vs (0.054 8±0.027)μm and (0.049 6±0.012)μm,P<0.05],but there was no significant difference between group A and group B.The adhesion of Streptococcus mutans in group C was significantly higher than in group A and group B[8.805 5±0.751 vs 4.222 2±1.019 and 5.266 7±1.313,P<0.05],but there was no significant difference between group A and group B. 〓Conclusion〓 Zirconia ceramic surface polished and glazed can achieve the similar roughness with the similar amount of bacterium adhesion under shaking cultivation.The more rough zirconia ceramic surface is,the more bacteria are adhered on it under shaking cultivation.
