目的〓建立复方红景天片的质量标准。〓方法〓采用薄层色谱法对处方中枸杞子、葛根、淫羊藿进行了定性鉴别，用HPLC法测定红景天苷含量。色谱柱为C18(HYPERSILBDS 4.6 mm×250 mm)，流动相为甲醇-水(15∶85),检测波长为275 nm。〓结果〓定性鉴别专属性强,含量测定红景天苷在1.00-5.76 μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为98.87%(RSD=1.2%)。〓结论〓该方法准确可靠,可有效地控制复方红景天片的质量。

英文摘要:

Objective〓 To establish the quality standard of compound Hongjingtian tablets. 〓Methods〓 Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify Fructus lycii,Radix puerariae,and Herba Epimedii.Salidroside in compound Hongjingtian tablets was quantified by HPLC with C18(HYPERSILBDS,4.6 mm×250 mm)as a chromatographic column,methanol water(15∶85)as a mobile phase and with a detection wavelength of 275 nm. 〓Results〓 The qualifative determination showed a strong specificity.Salidroside showed a good linearity in the range of 1.00-5.76 μg(r=0.999 9,n=5),and the average recovery rate was 98.87%（RSD＝1.2%）. 〓Conclusion〓 The method is accurate and reliable,which could be used to effectively control the quality of compound Hongjingtian tablets.
